About Brasstown
Brasstown Bald is Georgia's highest point, a place where the view stretches in every direction. We bear its name because that's what we bring to organizations: a higher vantage point and expansive views of how people experience technology at work.That perspective helps us see solutions that others miss.It helps us understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors shape people’s relationship with technology and how to work with them rather than against them. Cheri L. Kittrell, Ph.D. founded Brasstown Consulting Group after more than three decades of watching capable people struggle with the technology that should have made their work easier.With expertise in psychology and digital learning, she believes success depends on designing technology around how humans actually think and behave.Today, she partners with organizations to close that gap and create experiences that feel natural to the people using them.
